DESCRIPTION: Our Spring Flower Hat is mini in size but big on color! A felt base covered with white lace and adorned with a sprig of spring flowers in purple, pink, yellow and white. Topped off with a golden yellow bow that brings a smile.

PROPER CARE & INSTRUCTIONS: Hats are not recommended for the washing machine/dryer. We recommended spot washing and air dry or speak to your professional dry cleaner. To restore any tulle steam with a steamer or iron held near the tulle to allow the steam to raise the netting, making sure not to touch the iron to the tulle material.
