THIS IS A MINI HAT

DESCRIPTION: Here is our 3" Mini Mad Hatter Top Hat, its different from our other top hats because of the distinctive mad hatter slant of the hat itself. It starts out smaller at the brim and then increases in size to the top of the hat, its a flared top hat. This mini hat is made out of a limited quantity of a special sparkle felt. We've adorned it with two ribbons, one of Copenhagen blue, and the other a mini gold ribbon. Both are set on a bow of white lace which has been wrapped around the brim base and matched to the feather.

HAT SIZE: The hat size is 3" wide x 3" high (not including the ribbons and feathers which increases it to about 5").

HAT COLORS: Hat Color: Dark Emerald Sparkle Green/ Changeable

FEATHER COLORS: White Ribbon #1 Copenhagen Blue (may be changed) Ribbon#2 Gold (Silver also available) Optional: Mad Hatter 10/6 sign, yes automatic, no pls tell us. 

MOUNTING OPTIONS: Available mounting options are Alligator Clip, Elastic Headband and Hard Headband. For this design we recommend a headband option, unless wearing your hair tied. then the alligator clip would work well too. Simply because of the height of this headpiece in ratio to the width. CUSTOM FIT: If you'd like a custom fit, no problem…we NEED THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS: Head Circumference, from top, to under the chin and back to the top. Please include in the notes section at checkout when ordering... without them the standard will be shipped and be nonrefundable.

MEASUREMENT TIMES: Customers are responsible to get measurements to us with 24 hours to meet any special deadline time requested.

CUSTOMIZATIONS: Mouse Ears can be added to almost any of our Mini Hats and Barrettes. IF ORDERING MULTIPLES PLEASE REQUEST A SHIPPING COST VIA CUSTOM REQUEST ALONG WITH YOUR MAILING ADDRESS...and we will prepare a special invoice for you to combine shipping.

PROPER CARE & INSTRUCTIONS: Hats are not recommended for the washing machine/dryer. We recommended spot washing and air dry or speak to your professional dry cleaner. To restore any tulle steam with a steamer or iron held near the tulle to allow the steam to raise the netting, making sure not to touch the iron to the tulle material.
