DESCRIPTION: Our Mini 3-inch Military Top Hat is created in a Light Pink Vinyl Material on felt, and then adorned with gold/silver braiding with gold/silver knot buttons and a pink feathers/ribbon finish. Slight custom requests can be made i.e.; ribbon color, feather color.

HAT SIZE: approx. 3" x 3" (not including feather height)

When ordering the Hard Headband... please note that the headband will be shipped unattached from the hat and you will need to slide the headband into the slots created on the underside of the hat. The reason we do this is to keep shipping costs down and allow the 2 pieces to ship flatter than if sent as one piece. If you do not want it shipped separately, please email us with your order as there will be an increase in shipping costs due to the larger box needed to fit it.

CUSTOM FIT: If you'd like a custom fit, no problem…we NEED THE FOLLOWING MEASUREMENTS: Head Circumference, from top, to under the chin and back to the top. Please include in the Notes to Seller Section... without them the standard will be shipped and nonrefundable.

CUSTOMIZATION: Mouse Ears can be added to almost any of our Mini Hats and Barrettes. MEASUREMENT TIMES: Customers are responsible to get measurements to us with 24 hours to meet any special deadline time requested.

PROPER CARE & INSTRUCTIONS: Hats are not recommended for the washing machine/dryer. We recommended spot washing and hanging to dry or speak to your professional dry cleaner. To restore any tulle steam with a steamer or iron held under the dress to allow the steam to rise making sure not to touch the iron to the tulle material.
