Its a hot pink fez about 3" round that then gets a face and beak about 4" added to it with pink boa feathers on top. It can be attached with alligators clips or put on a headband. PROPER CARE & INSTRUCTIONS: Hats are not recommended for the washing machine/dryer. We recommended spot washing and air dry or speak to your professional dry cleaner. To restore any tulle steam with a steamer or iron held near the tulle to allow the steam to raise the netting, making sure not to touch the iron to the tulle material.
