DESCRIPTION: Mini Me Sailor Cap/Hat Barrette: A small 2" white sailor cap adorned with a blue anchor with a red ribbon flag and set on an alligator clip covered with a blue/white gingham ribbon.
ITEM SIZE: 2.5" x 2" x 1"
MOUNTING OPTIONS: This design is a barrette mounted on an alligator clip. Alligator clips, when worn with hair tied back, have been roller-coater tested. Any other mounting options depends on the individual design.
