2" Mini Cowgirl Hat Barrette: 2 inch Flocked Plastic Cowboy Hat

DESCRIPTION:
This mini cowgirl hat is itsy bitsy at 2" …she's small but cute as a button. Made from flocked plastic hat, edged in a coordinating 1/4" bias tape and then wrapped with cording in the color of your choice. It's then mounted onto an alligator clip.
Most of our Boopies Barrettes are available in larger sizes that can be made with either elastic or hard headbands, see our other listings under headbands or request a custom order and we'll be happy to make on for you.
