Shipping Policy

US SHIPPING TIMES:  All custom orders; clothing (excludes embroidered t-shirts), costumes, tutu and made to order, generally ship within 2 weeks. Some large custom orders may be 2-3 weeks, but you will know it when you order, or when your order is processed, at the very latest.

WHAT SERVICES WE USE:  We ship via USPS. We offer a selection of shipping choices for most items, and choose Priority Mail 2-3/day service for our larger clothing orders…Currently we only ship orders within the USA.  Once the world’s postal systems are back up and running at full capacity, we may reopen shipping worldwide. 

If you prefer or have an account with another shipping provider and would like us to use that service we will at no extra charge, provided we are able to arrange for pick-up from our location.  Any additional costs shall be the customers responsibility and we will not ship until those costs are completed.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO:  We GUARANTEE order completion and processing to stay within the listed shipping times for each item, UNLESS additional materials are required to complete that order.  If this occurs, we will notify you of this ahead of time.  

However!  Although we can guarantee our times to get it to you on time, according to standard USPS shipping times, we cannot guarantee USPS services.  Meaning, if it doesn’t arrive on time and the post office failed in its delivery time, the item is not refundable.  

And shipping costs will never be refundable.  We do not inflate the shipping costs to you or charge handling or boxing fees, we just charge what they charge, so no refunds are given for those services, if they have been rendered.

IN ADDITION; all shipping times are extended during our heavy volume season prior to Halloween Jul 15 – Oct 30 without special notice…see Halloween Policies.

IF ORDERING MULTIPLES PLEASE REQUEST A SHIPPING COST VIA CUSTOM REQUEST ALONG WITH YOUR MAILING ADDRESS…and we will prepare a special invoice for you to combine shipping.

UPGRADING POSTAL SERVICES:  BE ADVISED, regardless of our efforts, once an order is placed into the hands of the postal carrier, we cannot be held responsible for their services.   We will fight any lack of services on your behalf; however, we cannot issue refunds unless they are issued to us first.  

For instance, Express Overnight delivery is the only service USPS will guarantee overnight delivery.  USPS does NOT guarantee Priority Mail service to arrive within the advertised 2-3/day delivery time.

ALTERNATE SHIPPING SERVICES: We will gladly process via other shipping preferences, provided the customer takes on any additional charges and those carriers are available to pick-up from our shop location.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS: We only ship to verified locations so please be certain yours is one of them.

SHIPPING REFUNDS:  If you wish for a refund for any reason, we need the product first.  We DO NOT return shipping costs as we do not inflate those cost.  You pay what we pay so we will not give refunds on services we did not render.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: An insurance is available when using Priority Mail through USPS. Packages will be covered up to $50 value for Priority Mail and up to $100 for Priority Mail Express. If other insurance is needed, please contact us at boopiescloset@gmail.com.

If the tracking number shows USPS, UPS or FedEx have received and processed the package, we can no longer take responsibility for your package if it does not have insurance.
