PLEASE READ: We set forth our policies for our customers to read, however we cannot be responsible for those who choose NOT to read them. These policies are firm and in buying from us you agree to the following:
We stand behind our workmanship, and we want you to be happy with your order HOWEVER, since all items are custom made to order and by your specifications and, in most cases, with the measurements you have given us, they cannot be returned.
Orders requiring measurements but received without measurements or where the buyer says “use the standard (or any form of the same)” WILL NOT be returned for any reason. (See measuring policies)
DAMAGE: If we should make a mistake, then we will correct it! HOWEVER, please know that ALL ORDERS are photographed, inspected for quality, size & design, and approved prior to shipment. Therefore, if an order arrives damaged it is due to shipping or customer error and said damage must be proved and compared to shipping photos.
If an order is received damaged and you wish to return it, you need to call or email us for the return address and shipping info. Do not just ship it to the return address or your package may be lost and therefore no refund can be granted.
PAYMENTS: Payment is due with your order.
CANCELLATIONS: Generally, an order (other than at high volume times) will go into production within 6 hours of payment. Therefore, full refund cancellations must be within 3 hours of purchase. Since all of our orders are custom and made to order, once an order goes into production there will be a 50% cancellation fee. Once an order is complete, there is no refund. If an item is packaged for shipping, there is no refund. If an order is shipped, there is no refund.
If you cancel your order, within our 3-hour time limit, you will still need to wait until we receive the money before we refund it to you. This may take up to a week depending upon the day of the week.
RETURNS/REFUNDS: We will NOT accept returns on Hair Products or Custom-Made Orders.
If you wish for a refund for any reason, we need the product first. We DO NOT return shipping costs as we do not inflate those cost. You pay what we pay so we will not give refunds on services we did not render.
Should we arrange for a return from you it MUST BE in the form of the unopened package we sent to you. Yes, that means you DO NOT OPEN the package. You do not see the product. A granted return is NOT one that has been opened and resealed, if you wish for a refund of any kind. All returns MUST BE within 3 days of receipt or the purchase shall be considered complete.
Any packages opened and resealed shall NOT be reshipped without the customer paying for reshipment THEREFORE, do not ship it to us resealed and bully us into accepting it anyway for a refund. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OPENED PACKAGES since most are specialty made and/or hair products. We have this policy in place for the safety of our customers and to insure sanitary conditions.
OTHER RETURN DETAILS:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items purchased with a promotional code are not refunded at full price; items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded.
- If your item was purchased during a free shipping promotion or shipped for free, the standard shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns.
